Who this notice covers

This notice is from Individual developer Ivan Zaletaev ("we"). It covers the Parenyx: VoiceTask AI mobile app and the VoiceTask pages on https://parenyx.com. It does not cover the separate Parenyx app for parents, which has its own privacy notice at https://parenyx.com/documents/privacy/.

What we collect

Account data you give us: email address, and the name or email from Google or Apple if you sign in that way.

If you tell us where you heard about the app, we store that one answer with your account. The choices are Google Search, TikTok, an app store search, Instagram, Facebook, a friend, or other, plus whether the phone is iOS or Android.

Profile data you choose to enter: display name, business name, specialty, phone, website, language, and time zone.

Work data you enter: client name, phone, email, and notes; site title, address text, and notes; job titles, times, and notes; report text.

Photo details can sync: captions, stage, size, and time. The image files and PDF files stay on your device. We do not upload those files.

The app can ask for the camera, the photo library, local notifications, and the microphone. The microphone is used only while you hold the voice button. It does not ask for continuous location, contacts, SMS, or the device calendar.

Purchases go through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your card number. RevenueCat tells us whether Pro or the voice plan is active.

We do not sell ads in the app. Text you type into a report is not sent to an AI provider. A voice note is different. While you hold the button, the recording goes to our server and then to OpenAI, so we can make a transcript and a draft of jobs, a report, a client, or a site. Names and addresses you say travel with that recording. We do not store the audio file. We keep the transcript and that draft so we can study how notes are spoken. Jobs, clients, and sites still appear in the app only after you confirm.

Why we use it

To create your account and keep you signed in.
To store the clients, sites, jobs, and report text you ask us to sync.
To show whether Pro is active and to count the one free finished PDF.
To turn a voice note you chose to record into a draft you can check.
To answer support mail.
To keep the service secure and to meet the law.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, legal duty, or your consent when we ask for it. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier use.

Who receives it

Supabase hosts the account and the synced text. Apple and Google handle sign-in and store payments. RevenueCat handles subscription status. OpenAI transcribes a voice note and turns it into a draft. We do not store the audio file. On this website, Yandex Metrika loads only after you accept analytics cookies. We do not send quiz answers or email addresses to Metrika. VoiceTask has no quiz.

How long we keep it

We keep synced account and work data while your account exists, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires a longer hold. Files that never left your phone stay under your control. The audio of a voice note is not written to our database. We keep the transcript and the draft until the account is deleted. OpenAI processes the audio only to return that transcript and draft.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to limit or object to some uses. Email info@parenyx.com. If you are in the EEA you can also complain to your local authority. In the UK you can complain to the ICO at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. In Switzerland you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Children

VoiceTask is for adults. It does not ask for a child's profile. Do not put a child's personal data into a report unless you have a lawful reason to do so.
