VoiceTask Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are between you and Individual developer Ivan Zaletaev. They cover the Parenyx: VoiceTask AI app and the VoiceTask pages on https://parenyx.com. The separate Parenyx app for parents has its own terms at https://parenyx.com/documents/terms/.

The service

VoiceTask lets you record a job, attach photos, and make a PDF for your client. Your client does not need an account. You may use the app in your work, including to prepare reports for paying clients.

A report is your work note. It is not a legal act, an invoice, or a warranty from us. You are responsible for the words and photos you put in it.

Photo files and PDF files stay on your device in this version. We sync the account and the text you save, not the image files.

You can hold the microphone and dictate a job or a report. You check the draft before anything is saved. You are responsible for what you record, including names and addresses.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reports, photos, and client details you enter. You confirm you have the right to use them, including any personal data of your clients. The same applies to a voice note. Do not record someone else's personal data unless you have the right to. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to store.

Subscriptions

You can finish one PDF of your own report without paying. Further finished PDFs need Pro. Pro is a yearly subscription sold by Apple or Google. The listed US price is $29.99 a year. The store shows the price in your local currency.

Voice notes are a separate subscription. It includes what Pro includes. The listed US prices are $19.99 a month and $119.99 a year. The store shows the price in your local currency. A manual Pro subscription is not the voice plan.

New subscribers on either plan can get one free week. After that week the subscription renews at the store price until you cancel in the store settings. We do not charge the card ourselves. Planning jobs more than a week ahead, and the summary screen, need an active Pro subscription. The voice plan includes those, plus voice notes.

Acceptable use

You must be an adult in your country. Do not break the law, attack the service, scrape it, or copy our name and screens to sell a competing product. Do not put other people's data into the app without a right to do so.

Our licence

We own the app, the site text, and the Parenyx marks. We give you a licence to use VoiceTask for your own work, including commercial jobs you do for clients. That licence does not let you resell the app or copy our branding.

Ending use

You can stop using the app and cancel a subscription in the store. We can suspend access if you break these terms. We may change or pause the service. We keep backups of synced data but we are not liable for a lost file that stayed only on your device.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consumers who live in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland keep the mandatory protections of their home country. Contact us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve a dispute. If you are such a consumer, you can use the courts and consumer rules where you live. For everyone else, disputes go to the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber in Brussels, one arbitrator, in English, under Kazakhstan law. Class actions are not allowed. Intellectual property claims and requests for an injunction are excluded from that arbitration.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Where the law allows a cap, our liability is limited to the lesser of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Mandatory consumer rights in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland are not cut by this sentence.
